Time Off and Leave:

Paid Time Off: RMP provides all full-time regular employees with paid personal time off for vacation, sick time, doctors visits, and other personal matters.

Paid Caregiver Leave: Leave for employees who experience inpatient care after 12 months of employment

Short Term Disability: Employees can purchase this voluntary benefit that provides income replacement for approved claims due to a covered illness or injury

Paid School Holidays: Employees receive time off during certain school holidays, including Winter Break, Thanksgiving, and Spring Break

Mental Health Resources:

Employee Assistance Program (EAP): All team members receive 3, face-to-face visits with a counselor per person, per issue. Team members can access this service via toll free number or via the web 24/7.

Cigna Resources: Members enrolled in an RMP medical plan also have access to:

  • Cigna EAP: 3 face to face sessions with a counselor as well as connections to legal assistance and financial consultation
  • Talkspace: Online therapy via private messaging or live video sessions
  • Ginger: Online behavioral health coaching
  • Prevail: Digital therapeutics to help with everyday stress
  • Happify: Self-directed program with activities, science-based games, and guided meditations to reduce stress

Healthcare Accounts:

Health Savings Account (HSA): Offered with the HDHP plan and includes a monthly contribution of $75 ($900 annually) from RMP

Heath Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA): Offered with the Cigna Local Plus IN plan with $1200 available annually to use on qualified medical, dental and vision expenses

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA): Set aside pre-tax dollars to be used for medical , dental and vision expenses, approved prescriptions, and qualifying products.

  • Medical FSA
  • Limited Purpose FSA for dental and vision expenses only when enrolled in the Cigna HDHP plan

Core Healthcare Coverage:

Medical Plans: Choose from three different Cigna plans (HDHP with a Health Savings Account, Cigna Local Plus IN with an HRA account, and Cigna Local Plus copay plan)

  • Employee-only coverage on all three plans is $0.00
  • Competitive pricing on family plans to care for your loved ones
  • Local Plus IN plan with an HRA has $1200 in annual HRA funds that can be used for medical, dental and vision expenses

Dental Plan: Offered through Unum with no waiting periods

Vision Plan: Offered through Unum on the EyeMed Insight Network with available discounts on Lasik and Hearing devices. Receive an eye exam, lenses or frames once every 12 months

Wellness at RMP

Through Rocky Mountain Prep’s Cigna medical plans, members have a number of additional, no-cost resources and benefits:

Recovery One: Virtual physical therapy at no additional cost.

Cigna SaveOnSP: Specialty medication programs that reduce the out of pocket cost for members.

HelloFresh: As a Cigna member you can receive discounts to the #1 meal kit brand in the world.

Active & Fit Direct: Choose from +12,700 standard gyms for just $28/month, plus an additional +8,700 studios for significant savings discounts.

Identity Theft Protection: Get protection by logging into your Cigna account and enrolling with IdentityForce.

Basic Life and AD&D:

Rocky Mountain Prep provides full-time employees paid group life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage through Unum in the amount of 1x your earnings up to $50,000*

*Benefit will reduce to 65% at age 65 and 50% at age 70

Voluntary Benefits

College Invest: manages Colorado’s tax-advantaged 529 college savings program and o􀆯ers 4 different savings plans

Spot Pet Insurance: reimburses you for vet bills when your pet is sick or injured

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account: Allows you to save pre-tax dollars to pay for qualifying expenses related to child care or other eligible dependent care

Accident Insurance: Through Unum, this benefit can help you fill some of the financial gaps related to an accidental injury. Benefits are paid directly of you for a qualifying injury.

Critical Illness: Through Unum, this benefit offers protection so you can concentrate on your treatment, care, and recovery. This benefit includes a $50 or $100 Health Screening benefit based on your elected coverage

Hospital Indemnity Insurance: Through Unum, this benefit pays you directly in the event of a hospital or ICU admission when you are confined as an in-patient because of a covered accidental injury or covered illness.

Voluntary Life and AD&D: Eligible employees can purchase additional life and AD&D insurance through Unum to help you prepare for the unexpected and ensure your dependents are cared for.

Voluntary Short Term Disability: Additional insurance offered through Unum that pays a benefit if you are unable to perform your job due to an illness or injury unrelated to your w work. As long as you remain disabled and meet the plan’s disability requirements, you will continue to receive a percentage of your earnings.

Voluntary Long Term Disability: Additional benefits through Unum if you meet the plan’s definition of disability and/or loss of income requirements for the required time period.
