PEAK Values in Action:
PEAK is a daily practice at Fletcher. Values are embedded in classroom routines, instruction, and celebration. Students and staff are recognized weekly in joyful Friday assemblies — anchored by the school song that lifts up what PEAK means to the community. Everyone is expected to live the values, from preschoolers to team leads. It’s how the culture is built, and how belonging is sustained.
Our Academic Approach
At Fletcher, students experience high-quality, standards-aligned instruction every day. Teachers use research-based curricula, exit tickets, and rigorous assessments to track progress and adjust instruction in real time. Targeted supports—like small groups and pull-out interventions—ensure students close gaps and meet ambitious goals. With a strong foundation in literacy, math, and science, students grow in confidence, critical thinking, and joy. They don’t just meet the bar—they exceed it.

The educators at RMP Fletcher are dedicated, passionate, and committed to the success of every student. Our teachers receive ongoing coaching and professional development so they can continue to grow alongside their students.
Elizabeth Stewart
PrincipalElizabeth Stewart brings more than a decade of experience in education and a strong belief in what students can achieve with great teachers, strong relationships and high expectations.
Her career began in the classroom before growing into teacher leadership and school administration. Since joining Rocky Mountain Prep in 2018, Elizabeth has served as a lead teacher, grade-level chair, assistant principal of instruction, interim principal and lead assistant principal. Throughout these roles, she has helped drive academic growth, strengthen school culture and develop educators.
Elizabeth earned her bachelor’s degree in history from the University of California, Santa Cruz, graduating magna cum laude.
As principal, Elizabeth is committed to creating a joyful, academically strong school where students are known, challenged and supported. She believes great schools are built through partnership and looks forward to working alongside students, families and staff to help every student thrive.
Outside of school, Elizabeth stays busy raising her toddler and spending time with family. She also loves being outdoors and staying active, especially by going for a run.
