PEAK Values in Action:
At Noel, PEAK values guide how students learn and lead. Achievement is measured not just by test scores, but by confidence, purpose, and growth. Students practice perseverance by meeting goals, show excellence in their work, and lead with kindness in their community. New families join something special. Students rise to the occasion – and they know the team is right there with them.
Our Academic Approach
At Noel, the mission is bold: close academic gaps and help every student achieve at the highest level. Teachers build strong relationships and deliver intentional, high-impact instruction. Students are deeply known and consistently challenged. With programs like Mandarin and Student Council, Noel balances rigorous academics with space to lead, grow, and explore. It’s a school where expectations are high—and every student is seen as capable of meeting them.
Meet The Principal
The educators at RMP Noel are dedicated, passionate, and committed to the success of every student. Our teachers receive ongoing coaching and professional development so they can continue to grow alongside their students.
Brady Johnson
PrincipalBrady Johnson is an educator and school leader with a passion for creating schools where students are known, challenged and supported to achieve at high levels. Originally from Grand Forks, North Dakota, he earned a bachelor’s degree in secondary social studies education from the University of North Dakota before teaching middle school U.S. history.
After moving to Colorado, he taught AP Government before transitioning into school leadership. He has served in instructional and leadership roles at Rocky Mountain Prep, including Assistant Principal of Instruction and Lead Assistant Principal, and currently serves as the Head Principal at Rocky Mountain Prep Noel. He has spent more than a decade coaching high school athletics, including basketball at Regis Groff and softball with the Far Northeast Warriors.
His passion for education was shaped long before he entered the classroom. His father was a teacher for more than 30 years, and Brady was fortunate to have incredible teachers and coaches who showed him the impact an educator can have on a young person’s life. Those experiences continue to shape how he leads today. He believes in building relationships, setting high expectations, developing people and creating schools where students and adults can thrive.
In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, golfing and enjoying Colorado’s outdoors with his wife, Sage.
