Any Velazquez is an experienced education leader with more than a decade of service at Rocky Mountain Prep, where she has dedicated her career to strengthening the systems, partnerships, and supports that help students and families thrive. As Deputy Chief of Family and Community Engagement, she leads network-wide efforts focused on enrollment, family engagement, and student well-being, ensuring that family voice remains central to decision-making and that barriers to student success are addressed through thoughtful, community-centered solutions.
A first-generation daughter of immigrants, Any’s commitment to educational opportunity is deeply personal. Prior to joining RMP in 2015, she taught preschool and kindergarten. Since then, she has served in a variety of school and network leadership roles, including assistant principal, principal fellow, and operational leader. Throughout her tenure, she has led school turnaround efforts, strengthened operational systems, driven enrollment growth, and cultivated meaningful partnerships with families and communities. Her work is grounded in the belief that strong schools are built through both effective systems and authentic relationships.
Any brings a deep understanding of the student and family experience, coupled with a proven track record of translating complex challenges into practical solutions that advance equity, access, and long-term success for scholars and their families.
