As an international adoptee born in South Korea, his commitment to ensuring every student and family experiences a true sense of belonging and opportunity is deeply personal, a perspective that has shaped his leadership philosophy and fueled his passion for building systems that strengthen schools and empower the leaders within them.
Nathan has held executive roles including Chief Business Officer, Assistant Superintendent of Operations, Chief Operating Officer and Regional Director of Operations. He has guided organizations through periods of rapid growth, transformation and operational improvement while designing and implementing scalable systems and process improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen financial stewardship, improve enrollment outcomes, and support exceptional experiences for students, families and staff.

Nathan holds an MBA from Syracuse University and a BS in Theology from Arlington Baptist College.
